Sathiya

BBA, Class of 2026

Sathiya builds practical digital products.

I build small, useful tools and test them on real phones. My main project is a field-inspection app for property-loan site checks.

Projects

Lead project Working demo, in pilot preparation

Field Inspection App

A mobile web app (PWA) that lets site engineers fill the property-inspection checklist on their phone instead of on paper, so back-office staff can produce the report from structured data and photos.

The problem

Paper checklists are slow to collect, easy to lose and hard to turn into a consistent report.

Built so far

  • Separate engineer, admin and finance dashboards
  • Inspection form with photo capture and offline drafts
  • Case tracking with turnaround-time badges
  • Report creation with PDF and Excel export
  • Engineer coverage by area

Still planned

  • Valuation page auto-calculation
  • Custom-domain mail sending
  • Real-phone field testing results

Honest status: this is a working app that I am preparing for real use. It has not been proven at scale, and I will share test results as they exist.

Android appIn development

Prism Music Player

An Android music player I am building for my own phone and, later, for other people. It plays music from legal sources such as Jamendo, Audius, the Internet Archive and local files.

Not released. Features are listed here only once they work on a real device.

About

I am a BBA graduate, Class of 2026. I saw how much time paper-based property inspections take, so I started building a tool for it.

I build on my own and test on a real mid-range Android phone. What I can show is working software and how carefully I handle changes and fixes.

How I work

  • Private code and private data by default
  • One approved change at a time, with a check before release
  • Backups before any risky change

Contact

Happy to walk through the inspection app on a short call or on site.
